Sinopsis

As a child, Simon Huo was bullied in the orphanage and protected by young Jenny Jiang, until they were separated due to a misunderstanding. Years later, Simon is coerced by his grandmother into a hasty marriage with Jenny, now disabled from saving him years prior. Unbeknownst to Simon, Jenny agreed to the marriage solely to fund her adoptive father’s medical treatment. The two now live as strangers, while Simon’s adoptive sister schemes to ostracize Jenny, driven by undisguised hostility.
